HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle to ensure we attract and hire the best talent. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, preparing and posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final selection. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate records, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with onboarding new hires and supporting recruitment marketing efforts to promote our employer brand.
