We’re hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of HR processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Performance tracking
HR documentation and compliance
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred)
1–3 years of HR experience
Knowledge of HRMS tools & labor laws
