About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Portals, Social Media, and Networking

Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups

Maintain recruitment reports & trackers

Manage onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Support HR operations as required

Promote employer branding and assist in creating job posts

🔹 Requirements

1–3 years of experience in technical/non-technical hiring

Strong understanding of the recruitment cycle

Excellent verbal & written communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of IT recruitment will be an added advantage

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
