HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Facilitate the offer process by extending and negotiating job offers.

• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems.

• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment progress.

• Participate in job fairs and career events to network and attract potential candidates.

• Ensure a great candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and non-IT roles.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
