HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in account management and be ready to work full-time in the office.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- ••Client Relationship Management••: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. This involves regular communication and addressing any issues promptly.

- ••Project Oversight••: Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet clients’ expectations in terms of quality and timeline. This includes coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth execution.

- ••Reporting and Analysis••: Prepare reports on account performance and provide insights to clients. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- ••Sales Support••: Work closely with the sales team to help identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Assist in the preparation of proposals or contract renewals when necessary.

- ••Budget Management••: Monitor account budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial limits. Track expenses and provide clients with transparent financial updates.

The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
