HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

• Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand hiring requirements and build job descriptions that meet organizational needs.

• Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other resources to actively source potential candidates for open roles.

• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.

• Assist in preparing job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Maintain a database of candidates and manage candidate relationships for future hiring needs.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

• Monitor recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or related fields preferred).

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably in IT or technology sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and HR best practices.

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
