Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Jalsa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment and sourcing skills and be capable of managing the complete hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, referrals & other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain regular communication with candidates
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit and other sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS tools

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
