The candidate must have experience in payroll and operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the PF & ESIC filing agency to ensure timely statutory filings and compliance.
• Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and Full & Final settlements.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions.
• Prepare HR letters, maintain employee records, and support HR policies.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR administration.
Requirements
• 2–5years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, reporting).
• Good Excel and communication skills.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
