HR Recruiter
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19, Phase 5
Experience: 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter with around 1 year of recruitment experience. Candidates who have successfully completed their HR internship and have practical recruitment exposure are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in meeting recruitment targets and timelines.
Handle joining formalities and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
Requirements
1 year of experience in HR recruitment preferred.
Candidates who have completed an HR internship can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
