We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to join our growing team. This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to launch a career in HR and recruitment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and onboard talent across various internal functions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as sales, project management, and operations.

• Conduct telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication and role fit.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily progress reports.

• Post and manage job listings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination as needed.

• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in HR/recruitment preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking (training will be provided).

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with fixed shift timing (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
