We are looking for a fresher HR Recruiter to help in hiring and recruitment work. The candidate should have basic English speaking skills and good communication.

Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements given by the company
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Call candidates and explain job details
Schedule interviews with HR or managers
Maintain candidate data and records
Follow up with candidates after interviews
