We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Admin Assistant / Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide effective support to management and employees at our Surat office.
This role is essential for ensuring smooth internal operations, proper documentation, timely reporting, and a professional workplace environment.
Manage daily administrative activities of the Surat office
Handle front-desk operations, phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Ensure smooth office functioning, cleanliness, discipline, and basic facility management
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents (physical & digital)
Prepare official letters, notices, circulars, and internal communications
Maintain employee records, attendance data, and basic HR documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational reports
Compile data from internal teams and maintain accurate records
Ensure timely submission of reports to management as per defined timelines
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
Assist management with meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support
Support HR activities such as onboarding coordination and employee communication
Assist in implementation and documentation of company policies and procedures
Support compliance-related activities (POSH, internal codes of conduct, admin policies)
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Prior experience in a technology or corporate environment is an advantage
