• Position: Senior HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role involves hiring across levels, handling HR processes, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and supporting business teams with effective people's practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and social media.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews; manage offer roll-outs and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and closure reports.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Support confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits (full & final settlements).
Maintain employee master data and HR files (physical & digital).
3. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits.
Coordinate PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory filings.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies and SOPs.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries, grievances, and escalations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Promote positive workplace culture and discipline.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and payroll partners.
Liaise with internal stakeholders for workforce planning and HR support.
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Track hiring metrics, attrition, attendance, and compliance data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA in HR or related discipline.
Mandatory experience in Real Estate / Non-IT industry hiring.
Proven experience in hiring corporate interiors, facilities, sales, operations, site & support roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee data management.
