Job Summary
Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring and workforce mobilization across various industries. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field activities, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations, villages, industrial areas, colleges, ITIs, and training institutes to source candidates.
Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in hiring events.
Source blue-collar, grey-collar, and entry-level white-collar candidates.
Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and company policies to candidates.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Ensure document collection and verification before joining.
Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong local candidate database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Submit daily field activity and recruitment reports to the Recruitment Manager.
Maintain positive relationships with candidates and local placement partners.
Represent the company professionally during recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or field operations.
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
Preferred Experience
Bulk hiring experience.
Campus recruitment or field recruitment exposure.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
Experience in staffing or manpower consultancy is an added advantage.
