Job Title: HR and Admin Executive

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Location: [Vashi New Mumbai ]

Reports to: HR Manager / General Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative tasks. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, office management, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle documentation, induction programs, and exit formalities.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and personnel files.

Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave records; process payroll inputs.

Performance Management: Assist in appraisals and performance evaluation processes.

Compliance: Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.

Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and feedback sessions.

Grievance Handling: Address employee issues professionally and confidentially.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and facility management.

Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for office services and supplies.

Asset Management: Maintain inventory of office assets and equipment.

Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel bookings and hotel accommodations for employees.

Document Control: invoices and quotations, Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

Compliance Support: Assist in audits, safety drills, and internal reporting.
