We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensuring seamless coordination with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process across various levels and domains

• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable talent within timelines

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting

• Conduct preliminary interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds

• Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding hiring updates and feedback

• Maintain candidate pipeline and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
