Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Support HR team in additional tasks such as employee engagement, documentation, and attendance when required.
