HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.

• Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and social networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.).

• Understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
