Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, references, and networking.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Review resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
Evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioural competencies.
Use Boolean search strings and modern sourcing techniques.
Schedule interviews with internal teams and follow up with candidates.
Manage walk-ins, campus recruitment, and mass hiring (if required).
Conduct salary negotiation and prepare offer letters.
Coordinate with HR team for onboarding formalities.
Promote the company brand through social media, job postings, and networking.
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain daily/weekly hiring status reports.
Track metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline status, etc
