HR Recruiter

Experience:- 6 months – 3 Years

Education:- Graduate / MBA (HR) Preferred

Job Description :-

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.

• Create and update job descriptions and job specifications as per business requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and databases.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates with management.

• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and recruitment partners.

• Handle project-based recruitment requirements and manpower mobilization activities.

• Travel to project locations, if required, for recruitment drives and employee coordination.

• Manage employee queries and HR-related communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
