• Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals & other online

• Screening & shortlisting first round of interviews & accordingly maintaining the

database.

• Follow up for Shortlisting & Scheduling the candidates

• Post interviews follow up for feedback

• Ensuring the process of end-to-end recruitment.
