Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer roll-out.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines (TAT).

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

• Experience in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment metrics.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
