Function -Call Centre

Working time-

· 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

· 10 am to 7 pm office hours

· Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education -

· Graduate

Work Experience -

2Years + Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.

Industry Exposure Required

· Can communicate in Hindi and English both

· Experience in BPO TELESALES hiring

Job Role

· Recruitment of candidates -

· Perform reference checks with current and former employers and personal references.

· Perform a first interview, possibly by phone to confirm basic information and gauge the interest of the candidate.

· Hire the candidate, and move them to the onboarding process.

· Should achieve target of 2 joining per day.

Compensation Band - Up to 35k per month CTC
