About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects and should be comfortable managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Interior Designers, Architects, and other relevant positions.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, portfolio, and role requirements.
Coordinate and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete interview
process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role
expectations.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Proven experience in hiring Interior Designers and Architects is required.
Good understanding of design and architecture profiles, including portfolios and
relevant technical skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
