Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for HoReCa staff (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés). The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing candidates as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit HoReCa staff such as Chefs, Waiters, Stewards, Kitchen Helpers, Housekeeping, Baristas, Cashiers, Captains, etc.

• Source candidates through JobsHai, Apna, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and calls

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews/trials with clients

• Follow up with candidates till joining confirmation

• Maintain basic candidate and hiring records

• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in HR recruitment (HoReCa / hospitality hiring preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based hiring

• Basic knowledge of job portals

• Ability to work independently and close positions

Working Days & Timings

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 1st & 3rd Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 2nd & 4th Saturday: OFF

• All Sundays: OFF
