Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Managing job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
Maintaining candidate database and preparing recruitment reports.
Handling work pressure and meeting hiring deadlines.
