Role Overview
The role is ideal for a candidate who is strong in telecalling as well as recruitment coordination. The selected person will manage candidate sourcing, telephonic screening, interview line-up, and bulk hiring follow-ups, with a minimum target of 60–70 calls per day to ensure steady candidate movement in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment support from sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding follow-up.
Make a minimum of 60–70 outbound calls per day to potential candidates for open positions, especially in bulk hiring requirements.
Explain job roles, salary details, company information, interview process, and joining conditions clearly over the phone.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, WhatsApp groups, references, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to check communication, interest level, experience, notice period, salary expectations, and location suitability.
Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates to improve interview attendance and joining ratio.
Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, line-ups, feedback, and closures in Google Sheets, Excel, or recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with internal team members and hiring managers for requirement updates, feedback, and closure timelines.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and hiring targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, tele calling, telesales, or bulk hiring support.
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and regular candidate follow-up.
Basic understanding of the recruitment process, especially screening and interview coordination.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, MS Excel, and candidate tracking methods.
Candidates living near Wave City, Ghaziabad, will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in consultancy hiring or bulk hiring will be preferred.
Candidates who can handle pressure, targets, and repetitive calling with consistency will fit this role better.
