Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients across various industries. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements
Understand job requirements shared by clients
Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, and database
Screen and shortlist profiles as per client expectations
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial screening
Schedule interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up for feedback and interview status
Negotiate salary and close positions
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Achieve monthly hiring targets

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to work in target-driven environment
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of Non-IT recruitment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred)
