HR Recruiter

An HR recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, which includes writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Key duties also involve negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining recruitment databases and metrics. 

Core responsibilities

• Talent acquisition:

  Source, attract, and identify qualified candidates for open positions using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. 

• Screening and selection:

  Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

• Hiring process management:

  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the interview process. 

• Offer and onboarding:

  Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires. 

• Record keeping:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

• Strategy and reporting:

  Develop recruitment strategies, stay updated on hiring trends, and monitor key HR metrics like time-to-fill.
