Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and developcomprehensive recruitment plans. • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidatequalifications and suitability for open positions. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitatetheinterview process. • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensationpackage
