Key Responsibilities

Post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
Assist with new hire orientation, prepare onboarding documents, and process employment contracts.
Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals, and review resumes for suitability.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct initial phone/video screenings with candidates and hiring managers.
Draft and post job descriptions across various channels, including company career pages and job boards.
Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), update candidate records, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Assist in tracking hiring metrics like time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
