• Conduct telephonic screening

• Schedule interviews and follow up

• Maintain daily hiring reports

• Close positions on time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO recruitment

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
