Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter (Non IT) to support our HR team in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for non-technical roles across various departments for our IT MNC Clients. This Role will offer valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating job postings and advertisements for various non-IT roles (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, etc.)
Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Support the recruitment team in conducting reference checks and background verifications
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Help with the onboarding process for new hires (document preparation, induction coordination)
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs (if applicable)
Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters and other necessary documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or any other but interested for recruitment can attend or apply.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
