Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of
experience in handling end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should
have strong communication skills, a good understanding of various source channels,
and the ability to manage the recruitment life cycle efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media,
referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews (telephonic/video/in-
person).
Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up on interview
status.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Generate offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Basic knowledge of HR software (e.g., MS Excel, ATS systems) is a plus.
