Key Responsibilities
• Understand hiring requirements from different departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with selected candidates till joining
• Support onboarding and induction process
• Assist in other HR activities if required
