Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and talent-focused HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between top-tier candidates and our hiring teams. Your primary goal is to identify, attract, and hire qualified individuals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong employer brand.
🔑 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction
Sourcing Strategy: Discover and engage passive and active talent through LinkedIn, online job portals, niche networks, and professional communities.
Job Advertising: Create and post compelling, inclusive job listings on company career pages, job boards, and social media channels.
Pipeline Building: Maintain an active, continually stocked talent database to meet future organizational growth demands.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at university hiring schemes, networking events, and external job fairs.
2. Screening & Evaluation
Resume Assessment: Review inbound applications and portfolios to filter candidates against predefined job specifications.
Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to evaluate basic technical competence, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
Pre-employment Testing: Administer and coordinate aptitude, language, or reasoning assessments tailored to the specific role.
Shortlisting: Deliver a high-quality, validated shortlist of top contenders to team managers
3. Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Partnership
Hiring Manager Alignment: Partner directly with department heads to decode staffing requirements and construct accurate job descriptions.
Interview Logistics: Act as the direct point of contact for candidates to schedule and coordinate all structured panel interviews.
Feedback Loop: Collect assessment feedback from interview panels and deliver clear, timely updates to candidates.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding [1]
Background Verification: Initiate reference checks and reference background documentation for selected individuals.
Salary Negotiation: Manage final salary discussions and employment terms within organizational budget parameters.
Offer Letters: Draft and distribute formal job offer emails, clearly addressing queries regarding compensation and company benefits.
Onboarding Support: Complete initial new-hire administrative paperwork and guide candidates seamlessly through the orientation phase.
5. Data Management & Compliance
ATS Administration: Input and maintain precise, compliant records within the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
HR Analytics: Track and report on critical recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all hiring policies strictly adhere to regional labor regulations, diversity initiatives, and equal opportunity standards.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 0–1 year of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (Agency or Corporate environments preferred).
Technical Tools: High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Taleo) and professional networking platforms.
Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills to interact with diverse talent pools.
Core Traits: Strong multitasking capability, strict attention to detail, and a highly organized approach to calendar management.
