Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–3 Years Role: HR Recruiter Key Responsibilities Recruitment – 100% Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, technical, and project roles. Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants. Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews. Manage salary, notice period, offer, follow-up, and joining process. Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions. Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good sourcing and candidate-handling skills. Knowledge of Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Prior experience in sales/solar/EPC hiring will be an advantage.
