About the Role
We are looking for a Field Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring of domestic help professionals by sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, referrals, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against role requirements.
Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, and onboarding.
Build strong local candidate networks and maintain a healthy hiring pipeline.
Coordinate with the operations and onboarding teams for smooth joining.
Track recruitment numbers, conversions, and daily hiring activities.
What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
Strong candidate-handling and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in frontline/blue-collar hiring is preferred.
