Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions — from understanding requirements to onboarding.

• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.).

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

• Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

• Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
