Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, challenges, and closure plans.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teams.

Identify, onboard, and manage local recruitment consultants, manpower agencies, and blue-collar hiring vendors.
Build a strong vendor network across Jaipur and nearby locations.
Monitor vendor performance based on candidate quality, walk-ins, joining ratios, and turnaround time.

Drive high-volume recruitment for factory and manufacturing roles.
Source candidates through local networks, ITIs, labour markets, referrals, job fairs, and walk-in drives.
Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, documentation, and joining formalities.
Focus on improving offer-to-joining ratios and reducing candidate dropouts.
Build a consistent talent pipeline to support current and future manpower requirements.
5. Recruitment MIS & Data Management
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and hiring databases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Track key recruitment metrics such as open positions, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joiners, TAT, and vendor performance.
Analyse recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency.
