HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

• Support attendance, leave management, employee lifecycle documentation, and exit formalities.

• Coordinate full and final settlement processes with the relevant teams.

• Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable statutory requirements.

3. HR Generalist Activities

• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and employee welfare activities.

• Address routine employee queries and coordinate grievance resolution.

• Assist with probation reviews, confirmation processes, performance appraisal cycles, and employee retention initiatives.

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Coordinate exit interviews and maintain attrition and employee feedback reports.

4. HR Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to recruitment, headcount, joining, attrition, and employee lifecycle activities.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and position closure.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and generalist activities.

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals.

• Good understanding of onboarding, employee documentation, employee engagement, and HR processes.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HRMS tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, organized, and employee-centric approach.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
