Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are achieved.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to assess candidate suitability for various roles.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
