HR/Admin Human Resource Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team at our Faridabad-based Hotel & Banquet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, HR operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions.

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and supporting the management in creating a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and banquet positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance reports, leave records, and employee data with the Accounts team.

• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR-related documents.

• Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

• Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, and probation evaluations.

• Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining workplace discipline.

• Support statutory compliance and other administrative HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, banquet, or service industry.

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations.

• Good knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle multiple responsibilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
