Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports.

• Ensure timely closures of open positions.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn).

• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA in HR (Preferred for fresher roles).

• Relevant experience in recruitment (preferred for experienced roles).
