Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Coordinate with HR operations for joining formalities
Follow up with candidates from offer to joining stage
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance
