Job Description

Screening the profiles and align the interviews of the candidates.• Conduct end to end recruitment process and get the selection done.• Collecting documents for onboarding procedure. • Should achieve the target of minimum 2 joining in a day. • Have to connect with the vendors/consultancy for the staffing support and will be responsible. Industry Exposure Required • Can communicate in Hindi and English both.• Experience in BPO Telesales/Telecalling hiring / Bulk Hiring• Should have worked with Vendors.• Should have working experience in a target based company
