● Fill in all vacant positions on time.
● Ensure proper onboarding of new joinees. Document submission by new joinees within the specified deadlines.
HR Operations
● Accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
● Monthly payroll inputs submitted error-free and on time.
● Proper management of leave and attendance records.
Compliance & Policies
● Adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and company policies.
● Implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
Employee Engagement & Retention
● Execution of engagement activities/events as per the calendar.
● Timely redressal of employee queries and grievances.
● Support in initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.
Performance Management
● Coordination and support in performance appraisal cycles.
● Accurate tracking of KRAs/KPIs and ensuring timelines are met.
HR Reporting & Analytics
● Regular submission of HR dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave, hiring status).
● Providing insights to management for decision-making
