Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, Apna, and other recruitment portals.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, salary, and notice period.

• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/Excel.

• Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations.

• Track interview feedback and ensure timely communication.

• Manage offer follow-ups and joining formalities.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is preferred.

• Ability to understand technical requirements such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Angular, React, etc.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate.

• HR, Recruitment, or relevant certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

• Experience working with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.

• Number of quality profiles submitted.

• Interview-to-selection ratio.

• Offer-to-joining ratio.

• Time to close positions.

• Candidate follow-up and client satisfaction.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
