Business Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibility includes B2B Business Development for India’s largest financial services training organisation FPA Edutech.

Role & responsibilities -

• Manage relationships with existing associations with various colleges, management institutes and other educational institutions.

• Liaise with authorities at various colleges and universities and engage them for various initiatives of FPA.

• Approach colleges, management institutes, and other educational institutions and establish associations for the promotion of various short-term and long-term programs offered by FPA dutech.

• Organise and manage the complete lifecycle of online and offline presentations, seminars, and webinars.

• Ensuring brand visibility through various innovative initiatives across colleges.

• Reaching out to colleges and private universities in Pune region

• Close colleges for Add-on programs through hybrid models.

• Maintain Periodic engagement with franchise partners to keep the motivation levels high and ensuring numbers.

• Manage Relationships with organisations for placements of students trained by FPA Edutech.

• Manage Relationship with organisations for the promotion of various professional programs for their employees.

• Ensure timely Data updating & management.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Understanding college / employer requirements and presenting them appropriately

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing partners through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails

• Arranging meetings with potential partners to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Acting as a point of contact between the organisation and its existing and potential markets.

• Gathering relevant market and customer information to identify opportunities and trends.

• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations

• Reviewing individual key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently aiming to meet or exceed expectations

• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues

Required qualification

• Graduate / MBA/ Post Graduates

• Good communication skills

• Should have Excel knowledge Male candidates preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
