📋 Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)

• Experience: 6 months in bulk hiring (consultancy background preferred)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Payout: ₹5,000 per successful closure

• Clawback Period: 60 days
